Dairy-Free Raw Nutrient Shake

● 1 cup organic rice or almond milk

● 1 very ripened banana (black is ideal - means it’s "predigested")

● 2 whole organic raw eggs

● 1 organic raw egg yolk

● 1 tsp. Udo’s or liquid unrefined coconut oil

● 1 cup raw milk or organic yoghurt

● 2 cups puffed millet

● 3.5 cups puffed rice

● 1/2 cup tahini, or cashew butter, or almond butter, or peanut butter

● 1/4 cup butter

● 1 tsp vanilla extract

Ingredients:

● 5 tablespoons cocoa

● 1/4 cup boiling water

● 6 whole eggs

● 1/2 cup rapadura or raw sugar

● 1/2 tsp stevia

● 2 tbsp. arrowroot powder
